Common questions

When does it come out?

Bloom Summoner comes to your browser on Wavedash first, then to iPhone and Android. Dates will be posted on this site.

Where is my progress saved?

On the device you play on. On Wavedash, a copy also goes to your Wavedash cloud save, so signing in on another computer brings your village with you. Progress doesn't move between Wavedash, iPhone and Android yet.

My village is gone

Clearing your browser's site data or using a private window starts a fresh save. If you play on Wavedash, sign in with the same account and reload: the game picks up your cloud save. If that doesn't bring it back, write to us with your Wavedash username.

How do I start over?

Open Settings and scroll to the bottom. Start over erases your progress on that device and in your cloud save, and asks you to type the words to confirm. Your settings, and any Glow Dust you bought and haven't spent, stay with you.

The game says it's open in another tab

Bloom Summoner plays in one tab at a time so your progress stays in one place. Tap Play here instead to move the game to this tab, or close the other one.

I bought Glow Dust and didn't get it

Reload the game first: purchases that finished while the game was closed are added when it starts. If it's still missing, write to us with the store you bought it on, the pack and the date. Refunds go through the store you paid: Wavedash, the App Store or Google Play.

It runs slowly or my phone gets warm
  • Open Settings and set Graphics to Balanced or Battery saver.
  • Set Effects to Light for big fights.
  • Close other tabs and apps, and keep the browser up to date.

On Auto, the game steps both settings down on its own if the frame rate drops.

There's no sound

Browsers only allow sound after you tap or click, so tap the screen once. On iPhone, check the silent switch. If music sounds thin on a phone speaker or heavy in headphones, change Settings, then Speaker, to match what you're using.

Can I play in my language?

Yes. Bloom Summoner is in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese. It follows your phone or browser, and you can change it in Settings, then Language, while you're in the village.

Can I play left-handed?

Yes. In Settings, tap Spells on the right to change it to Spells on the left, and the spell buttons move to the left side.

Found a bug?

Send it by email. Reports with the level number and what was happening on screen are the quickest to fix.
